USING ‘paijar’ SERVICEs

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. We offer a wide range of services and when you use a service from “paijar” you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements, privacy policies applicable to that individual Service too.

Don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos or icons or concepts or designs used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Our Services display some content that are not from “paijar”. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, notifications, administrative messages and other information. You may option out of some of those communications.

We don’t do any kinds of harm to any living things or any objects. We believe that you too also will be aware and please don’t use any services of “paijar” to harm any people, animal, trees or other living things and any kinds of objects.

Unless otherwise stated, paijar and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from “paijar” for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

All content included in or made available through any ‘paijar’ Service, such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, designs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software is the property of ‘paijar’ or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through is the exclusive property of ‘paijar’ and protected by international copyright & patent laws.

‘paijar’ may have independent third parties involved in the provision of the Sites or Services.  You may not use any trademark, service mark or logo of such independent third parties without prior written approval from such parties.

All the services, platforms, ideas, concepts, designs and other assets of ‘paijar’ are patented or protected by international copyright laws and patent laws. So do not copy or use any of single text, ideas, concept, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, taglines, designs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software without the legal and authorized permission of “paijar” Otherwise national and international legal and lawful actions will be taken strictly.

YOURs ACCOUNT IN “paijar”

You may need your own ‘paijar’ account to use Services of ‘paijar’, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and may have a valid payment method associated with it to use our services. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Try not to reuse your ‘paijar’ Account password on third-party applications. If you are under 10, you may use the ‘paijar’ Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Remember that we can use your data in any time without notifying you.

If you are using a ‘paijar’ Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

“paijar’s” RIGHTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Parts of this website and application offer an opportunity for users to post, share or exchange opinions and information or attachments in certain areas of the website and application. Paijar does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website or application. Your posts, shares, images, clips, exchanges or comments reflect the views and opinions of yours only. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, paijar shall not be liable for the posts, shares, images, clips, exchanges or comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the posts, shares, exchanges or comments on this website.

Paijar reserves the right to monitor all services, posts, shares, exchanges or comments and to remove any posts, shares, exchanges or comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions. And ‘paijar’ can use any of your data without notifying you if necessary.

ABOUT SOFTWARE

When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.

‘paijar’ gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by ‘paijar’ as part of the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, provide, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

Open-source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open-source license that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open-source license that expressly override some of these terms. We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

In exchange, we need you to make the following commitments:

You may not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of our Services. You may not access or collect data from our Services using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access. We can remove or restrict access to content that is in violation of these provisions.

The Application can also be downloaded from third party application stores. You are agreeing to comply with all third-party terms, conditions and privacy policy. “paijar” shall not be responsible for violation and infringement of any third-party right, terms and conditions in connection with access, download or installation of the Application by You.

PRODUCT

‘paijar’ attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, ‘paijar’ does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any ‘paijar’ Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ‘paijar’ itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.  And if any individual upload or add any kinds of unethical, unnecessary or criticized services, elements or objects that breaks the law or that harasses others then “paijar” will not be liable for that and “paijar” can take any kinds of necessary steps for those individuals.

WARRENTIES & DISCLAIMERS

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services. Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither ‘paijar’ nor its teachers, owners, authors make any specific promises about the Services.

Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.

RISK OF LOSS

Paijar will not be responsible for any business or personal losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Site.

PRICING

‘paijar’ doesn’t fix prices for any kinds of items or services. All the prices are confirmed by teachers, owners, authors etc. But ‘paijar’ always check to give the best benefits to all users. 

All prices for are listed are inclusive of VAT and are listed on the Site by the provider that is providing the product or service. And other currencies are applicable too; if necessary. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may increase or decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

In order to avoid any fraud with payment gateways or systems or methods, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such an inquiry will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within a reasonable timeline. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of banking instruments or other reasons without prior notice or any subsequent legal liability.

COUPONS & PRIZES

Paijar offers different kinds of services. So “paijar” will offer all the users different wide ranges of coupons and prizes. Such as -

1.    Refund coupons can be redeemed on our website or app, and Refund coupons cannot be used from different account.

2.    Coupons are not replaceable if expired.

3.    All Coupons can be applied only once. The residual amount of the Coupons after applying it once, if any, will not be refunded and cannot be used for next purchases even if the value of order is smaller than remaining coupons value.

4.    Each issued promotional coupons (App coupons and new customer coupons) will be valid for use by a customer only once. Multiple usages changing the identity is illegal.

5.    Both promotional coupons and cart rule discount may not be added at the same time.

6.    Promotional coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

7.    Promotional coupons may not be valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

8.    Coupons will work only if minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.

9.    “paijar” reserves the right to vary or terminate the operation of any coupons at any time without notice.

10. “paijar” shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any coupons or any failure or inability of a customer to use a coupon for any reason.

PERMISSIONS

When you use apps or platforms created by ‘paijar’, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions. We may need your Permission to use content you create and share or Permission to use your name, picture, media and information. But ‘paijar’ can use any of your data without your permission, if necessary.

LIABILITY

When permitted by law, ‘paijar’ will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Service Provider’s POLICY

As a global platform paijar always gives top priority to its all individuals. Definitely “paijar” and www.paijar.com have some secure and advanced policies for the Service providers.

1.    Service providers can do business locally and globally. Service providers will have to provide their services in less price than the physical market.

2.    Service providers should manage their admin or management panel on their own. Only they can add-remove-modify-maintain-exchange services, stocks, transactions, users, coupons, bills, orders, deliveries, refunds, exchanges etc. Paijar believes that the trade secret is the core asset of a business company and that’s why Paijar hands over the entire management panel of the provider to the provider. (If applicable)

3.    Service providers can attend in monthly workshop programs.

4.   Service providers will be liable to provide only authenticated and certified services on paijar platform so that the service taker can get trusted services. No fake or false or duplicate services are tolerable. And service provider should take confirmation of the placed orders directly from the service taker by phone calls or messages.

5.    Paijar won’t cut any hidden or extra charges from the Service providers.

SERVICE TAKER’s POLICY

Service takers are the core of an EdTech platform. Being an AI based EdTech platform, we believe that if Service providers are the tree then service takers are the sweet fruits. Paijar always thinks about flexibility, security, smoothness etc. of both service takers and Service providers and deliveries. Here are some service taker’s policies included –

1.    You know what you are ordering. Don’t do any spam. It’s against law and it will create a mess inside paijar. So please be concern about your services, payments, exchanges, rights etc.

2.    Every time you order a service from paijar, remember that all the services are judged and authorized by the service providers along with paijar.

3.    Pay with trusted payment methods. No illegal or spam activities will be tolerated.

4.    You can ask for refund if the services do not reach you in the selected times.

5.    If you are an international service taker, do not pay anything to anyone before judging. First talk and discuss elaborately with the provider only through paijar. And then you can pay by payment assets and please provide a payment record to paijar so that your security can be our first priority.

DELIVERY POLICY

A service taker can buy services directly from the service provider and no middleman will be there. Services will be delivered to your profile’s dashboard section. You can use the service only for you. Do not spam and do not upload paijar services by your authority.

TRANSACTION POLICY

Through the Sites and apps, paijar provides electronic web-based platforms for exchanging information between service takers and Service providers.  paijar additionally provides electronic web-based transaction platforms for Members to place, accept, conclude, manage and fulfill orders for the provision of services online within the Sites subject to the terms of the.  However, for any Services, paijar does not represent either the service provider or the service taker in specific transactions. paijar does not control and is not liable or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the services or services offered for sale on the Sites, the ability of the Service providers to complete a sale or the ability of service takers to complete a purchase.

1.    paijar uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of certain information our paying Users provide us when they register for a paying membership service on the Sites.  However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, paijar.com cannot and does not confirm each User's purported identity (including, without limitation, paying Members). We encourage you to use various means, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.

2.    Service takers and Service providers accessing or using the Sites or Services shall assume the risks of conducting any purchase and sale transactions in connection with or through the Sites or Services. Service taker and Service providers accessing or using the Site or Services shall also fully assume all risks of liability or harm of any kind arising out of or in connection with any subsequent activity relating to the services or services that are the subject of the transactions on the Sites. Examples of such risks shall include, but are not limited to, mis-representation of services, fraudulent schemes, unsatisfactory product quality, failure to meet specifications, defective or dangerous services, unlawful services, delay or default in delivery or payment, cost mis-calculations, breach of warranty, breach of contract, transportation accidents, the risk that the manufacture, importation, export, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale and/or use of services or services offered or displayed on the Sites may violate or may be asserted to violate Third Party Rights, and the risk that Users may incur costs of defense or other costs in connection with third parties’ assertion of Third Party Rights, or in connection with any claims by any party that they are entitled to defense or indemnification in relation to the assertion of rights, demands or claims by claimants of Third Party Rights. 3.    Service takers and Service providers on the Sites are solely responsible for setting out and performance of the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Sites or Services, including, without limitation, terms regarding payment, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, fines, permits, handling, transportation and storage, subject to any additional obligations imposed under this policy.

4.    User agrees to provide all information and materials as may be reasonably required by paijar.com in connection with your transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Sites or Services.  paijar.com has the right to suspend or terminate any User’s payment account if the User fails to provide the required information and materials without liability for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with such suspension or termination.

OTHER BUSINESSES

Parties other than ‘paijar’ may operate stores, provide services or software, or provide product lines through the ‘paijar’ Services. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If you purchase any of the services or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from ‘paijar’. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their Web sites). ‘paijar’ does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify ‘paijar’ and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

THE REST

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 3 days after they are posted. Use of the ‘paijar’ Software: 

You may use ‘paijar’s’ Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the ‘paijar’ Services as provided by ‘paijar’, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the ‘paijar’ Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the ‘paijar’ Software in whole or in part. All software used in any ‘paijar’ Service is the property of ‘paijar’ or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademarks and patent laws.

Use of Third-Party Services:

When you use the ‘paijar’ Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

No Reverse Engineering:

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the ‘paijar’ Software, whether in whole or in part.

Updates:

We may offer automatic or manual updates to the ‘paijar’ Software at any time and without notice to you.

Conflicts: 

In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other ‘paijar’ or third-party terms applicable to any portion of ‘paijar’ Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the ‘paijar’ Software and to the extent of the conflict.

DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website or app and the use of this website or app.

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

1.    Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

2.    Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

You authorize us to declare and provide declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose for your orders on the Site.
